Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed, and another notification with tracking information once your package ships.

Please note: During holidays or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased order volume — thank you for your patience!

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and shipping method selected.

Typical delivery timeframes (after your order ships):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

We ship throughout the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

We do our best to get your treats to you quickly. However, Sea Shack Candy Co. is not responsible for carrier delays due to:

  • Weather

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Holidays

  • High carrier volume

  • Customs/inspection delays

(For lost or severely delayed packages, contact us and we’ll help as much as we can!)

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please email us at info@seashackcandyco.com within 3 days of delivery.
Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

We’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of food products, all candy sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless there was an issue with your order.
